Our family favorite tea blend for many reasons! We named this blend "Simmer Down" due to its cooling, relaxing properties. Handcrafted with a blend of homegrown Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Mint , Organic Rose Petals & Organic Hibiscus.
This tea tastes especially great when sweetened with honey or agave and is very appealing to kids with its bright red hue. It is wonderfully calming as a warm cup of tea before bed to promote relaxation, or served cold on a hot summer day.

Steeping Instructions:
Add 1-2 Tablespoons of tea to enclosed diffuser bag, cover with boiling water, and steep, covered, for a minimum of 10 mins, and up to 24 hours for a strong infusion. Increase amount of tea and steeping time to your desired taste. We recommend a long steeping time and sweetening with honey or agave. Enjoy & Be Well!
